Sagging floor with little access to the crawlspace, 18" of headroom and mechanical equipment obstacles didn't stop our crew from installing a new floor beam and 6 smart jacks and leveling the floor. You can see parts of 2 smart jacks in the photos; look closely for the glimmer in the background, thats the 2nd one!

Gutter Lifted with PolyLevel in Grand Junction, CO
Before
After
Over time, the shifting soil beneath this gutter caused it to sink a few inches. Our crew used a PolyLevel injection to raise the gutter to it's original position and eliminate the 'bird bath' that was created.

I just purchased this home 2 weeks ago. I noticed a few cracks in the walls when I was painting but was not concerned. I decided to pull up part of the carpet to install wood laminate flooring and noticed cracks in the concrete. This house has a slab foundation. I would like to know if it is something that is going to be a problem. My new flooring is supposed to be installed on Monday. I know this is short notice but I would rather deal with this now rather than later if it is a problem.

The middle of 1 slab of my drive way sank and broke in the center. It's about a 10x10x4 slab roughly. I need to know if it can be repaired or if I need to replace that slab.

We are looking to buy a house (address listed above) but found out the foundation was never fixed. Wanting to get a quote before we go forward.
Village Lnin Grand Junction
Possibly buying 251 Village Ln, had a house inspection done, inspector found cracks in foundation with steel plates bolted below in crawl space. Wondering 2 things.
1. How much would it cost to fix something like this (depending on how bad)
2. How bad is the current condition of foundation? Will it be okay without repair?
(I'm a buyer not landowner of property)

I want to renovate a "mother in law" 700 sq ft house on my daughter's property on D 1/2 road. She lives in the main house. However, the floor in the kitchen of the small house slants and feels "soft" which makes me think there is something wrong underneath the house. There is a large crawl space underneath. I would like to see what needs to be done structurally before I put any money into other aspects of renovating the house. Thank you.
Please call me and I will meet you there at 3139 D 1/2 Rd.

Some vertical cracks on the downstairs wall. I think the crack has gotten a little wider and spidered a bit since I bought this house 9 years ago. The crack goes completely through the wall to the inside of the house.

Sagging concrete slab in driveway
Eden Courtin Grand Junction
The front of the house sunk. I don't see obvious cracking in the stucco or interior drywall. I think it probably sank during framing and before the rest of the structure was erected. I think it probably is 2-3" lower than the back of the house.
Eldorado Drivein Grand Junction
Concrete slab leading into front door is sinking with a slope. Needs to be lifted and have a crack repaired.
