Commercial Foundations Videos

Foundation Repair of Western Colorado, was hired  to build structural support for a new addition to the Moss Performing Arts Center, at the Colorado Mesa University. The proposed addiction consisted on a large steel framed building. The challenge here was to  secure structural support for the building, in a site where soft soils were known to extend up to 50 feet below grade. The work would also have to be performed in a relatively tight, confined area between a busy road and an existing building. There was not enough room for big excavations, or even to stage the materials. That would have to be done off-site, and a two-men crew, was exclusively dedicated to transporting materials to and from the job site. Watch the video to see how Foundation Repair of Western Colorado, through the use of exclusive helical piers driven past the soft soils up to a strata of solid bedrock, provided effective structural support for the addition.
